After you've made it look its best, we will take crisp, clear pictures that will look great on fliers or a website.

• $125 flat fee (includes tax).
• Price includes unlimited license to the pictures, so you get the digital files and can use them however you want.
• The number of final pictures will depend on the house. Please see the gallery for examples.
• Mileage will be charged as listed in the FAQ.

A note: because of lighting, the best times to take pictures of a house are early morning and evening. Please keep this in mind when making an appointment.

We have two options for delivery. Either way, you receive the high-resolution, touched-up, final digital images.

• Email you a link to a zip file on our website. This is the fastest delivery method.
• Burn a DVD and ship it to you.
