We have chosen to have all initial contact done via email. This gives us the chance to check our calendars and discuss each appointment before replying and also lets us reply quicker than a phone call during the day if it's something simple (Scott has access to email all day on his phone). Once we get an appointment booked, we'll swap phone numbers in case we need to contact each other while traveling to the shoot.
